We took our first family vacation (and road trip) last weekend when we headed up to Lancaster County and Hershey, Pennsylvania. I've been wanting to do this trip for a while and it seemed like a short enough drive for our little one.
It rained for most of the trip and so we didn't get to go to Hersheypark-- the amusement park. But we still managed to find plenty of things to do (and eat).
Chris and Amanda drove down from Penn State on Saturday to join us. Here we are on the little ride about how Hershey's chocolate is made. Ryan is obviously riveted.
