Yes, high school kids still do it and they still look absolutely ridiculous doing it. According to Wikipedia, this was a popular "prank" in the 1960s. That means that when we did it in the 90's it was just as lame as it is now.

I find this extremely funny, because literally, after I read this, we had a young women video scavenger hunt. Guess what they wanted to do at a stop light?
